Josh Groban...kinda?

My favorite singer is Josh Groban, and nothing makes me happier that doodeling while listening to his music or watching his concerts. Anyway, one day I said to myself "Hummm.... I really wanna do another portrait." (i love drawing faces, which sucks, because they're the first thing people will scream at and say NO!! IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THEM!! because faces are the one thing we look at the most in life....excluding those who look at the AIM window more....)

SO I decided to try out the cover of his first CD. I spent FOREVER AND A DAY on it trying to get the shading PERFECT since I didn't want people saying *see above rant*, and I was pleased with it to the extent that it is the ONLY piece of my artwork hanging up on my wall. (I get really self concious, so having it up is a BIG thing).

HOWEVER, this scan makes it look like a piece of shit since it's blochy and adds shading all over the page. WHY? Because there was a waterfight in my room, and somehow, though I wasn't involved, oblivious people soaked everything on my wall, including this picture of Josh. (You'd think another artist, who's the reason of the incident would, feel remose or even a BIT sorry, but no. Me? Still pissed? Where would you get THAT idea?)

And we all know what happens to paper when it gets wet....

Yup....

So I'm sorry no one but my roomates, sister, and mom got to see the finished UNCRINKLED piece, but here's what's left. *growls*
